- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk (110°F)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
Cinnamon Filling:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until a smooth dough forms (about 8-10 minutes). Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Make the Cinnamon Filling: In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Shape the Bread: Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly. Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Second Rise: Cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy warm or toasted with butter!
