Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub (8 oz) of whipped topping
- 1 jar (10 oz) of maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and mix well.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and well-combined.
- Stir in the chopped maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if using).
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight, to let the flavors meld together.
- Before serving, garnish with additional chopped cherries or nuts for extra festive flair.
