Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tub (8 oz) of whipped topping
  • 1 jar (10 oz) of maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and well-combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if using).
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight, to let the flavors meld together.
  7. Before serving, garnish with additional chopped cherries or nuts for extra festive flair.
