Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup red and green M&M’s (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Layer with semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
- Gently press down with a spatula to help the layers stick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle M&M’s on top while warm. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
