Chocolate Eclair Dessert Recipe

This easy-to-make chocolate eclair dessert is a delicious and no-bake treat that’s perfect for any occasion. It features layers of graham crackers, creamy pudding, and a rich chocolate topping.  

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed  
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers  
  • 1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting  

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.  
  2. Assemble the dessert: Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers.
  3. Add the remaining pudding: Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the top layer of graham crackers.
  4. Frost and chill: Frost the top with chocolate frosting. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla.
