Chocolate Drizzle Brownies recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before adding the drizzle.
