1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted for drizzling
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Stir in both types of chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cutting and drizzling with melted chocolate.
