- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before adding the drizzle.
