Ingredients:
- For the Chicken:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)

Instructions:
- Season and Cook Chicken:
