Ingredients
For the filling:
- 2 chicken breasts (boiled and shredded)

For the dough or wrap:
- 4 tortilla wraps or parathas
- Butter or oil for toasting
Optional toppings:
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Cheese slices
- Ketchup or hot sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add shredded chicken, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Stir well.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.
- Mix in mayonnaise or cream cheese and chopped herbs (if using).
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Warm the tortilla or paratha on a skillet until soft and pliable.
- Spread 2–3 tablespoons of chicken filling on each wrap.
- Add lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, or sauces if desired.
- Roll tightly like a burrito.
- Toast the Rolls (Optional but recommended):
- Lightly butter a skillet and toast each roll until golden on both sides.
- Serve:
- Slice in half and serve hot with dipping sauces or salad on the side.
