Description

Chicken Patties ek crispy aur juicy snack hain jo har age group ko pasand aate hain. Yeh bahar se golden aur andar se soft aur flavorful hote hain. Inhen aap tea time, lunch box ya party starter ke طور par serve kar sakte hain. Ghar par asaani se ban jate hain aur freezer mein store bhi kiye ja sakte hain. Ketchup ya chutney ke sath inka taste aur bhi zabardast lagta hai.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled & shredded chicken
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt (ya taste ke mutabiq)
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 egg (for coating)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Ek bowl mein shredded chicken aur mashed potatoes mix karein.
  2. Is mein onion, green chili, coriander, garlic paste aur tamam masalay daal kar achi tarah mix karein.
  3. Mixture ko choti choti patties ki shape dein.
  4. Ek bowl mein egg beat karein.
  5. Har patty ko pehle egg mein dip karein phir breadcrumbs mein coat karein.
  6. Pan mein oil garam karein aur patties ko medium flame par golden brown hone tak fry karein.
  7. Tissue paper par nikaal kar extra oil absorb hone dein.
  8. Garma garam ketchup ke sath serve karein.

Tips

  • Agar mixture soft ho to thode breadcrumbs andar bhi mix kar dein.
  • Zyada crispy banane ke liye double coating karein.
  • Patties ko fry karne se pehle 15–20 minutes fridge mein rakh dein taake shape perfect rahe.
  • Aap inhen shallow fry ya air fry bhi kar sakte hain.
