Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle garlic powder on top of the butter for extra flavor (optional). - Assemble the Sandwich:
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down on a skillet or griddle.
- Layer with one slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
- Add the cooked chicken cutlet.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
