- 4 chicken leg pieces (drumsticks or thighs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken leg pieces dry with paper towels and rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet, skin side up. Arrange the lemon slices around the chicken.
- Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
