Ingredients
- 2 large croissants, sliced in half
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup croutons, crushed (optional, for crunch)
- 4 slices of tomato (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, mayonnaise (if using), Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
- Slice the croissants in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- Layer the bottom half of each croissant with romaine lettuce and sliced tomatoes (if using).
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the lettuce.
- Sprinkle crushed croutons on top for extra crunch.
- Place the top half of the croissant over the filling.
