Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked chicken and broccoli together with a little olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Lay three cooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
- Spread ⅓ of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by ⅓ of the chicken and broccoli mixture.
- Drizzle with a bit of Alfredo sauce and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat this layering process two more times, ending with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
