- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup chopped fresh tomatoes (optional)

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, and chopped tomatoes and cilantro if using. Mix gently to combine.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon an equal amount of the filling onto each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm with extra ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
