- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Pudding Layer:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
Topping:
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- Additional whipped topping for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust:
Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with granulated sugar and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling. - Make the cream cheese layer:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust. - Make the pudding layer:
In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer. - Add the cherry topping:
Carefully spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the pudding layer. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the layers to set. - Serve:
