Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional, for structure)
Topping (optional):
- Fresh berries
- Whipped cream
- Fruit compote or caramel drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Make the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed. Stir in sour cream and flour (if using).
- Pour filling into the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the center is almost set (it should still jiggle slightly).
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top and serve with your favorite toppings!
