Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite cheeses)
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped chives, green onions, or jalapenos
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
