This cheesy pull-apart bread is perfect for sharing! Soft, buttery bread filled with gooey cheese and herbs, it’s great as an appetizer or a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian or French bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Bread: Using a serrated knife, slice the bread in a crisscross pattern (without cutting all the way through) to create squares.
- Make the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Cheese: Stuff the cheese mixture into the cuts of the bread. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the top.
- Wrap and Bake: Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes to let the cheese get bubbly and the top golden.
