Ingredients:
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the potatoes: Arrange the sliced potatoes in a single layer in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
