Ingredients:

  • 1 pound mushrooms (cremini, button, or a mix), sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Gruyère, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms:
    • Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
