Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced (about 4-5 medium potatoes)

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:
