Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional for heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional, for freshness)
- Ranch or garlic sauce (for dipping or drizzling, optional)
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. - Mix chicken and cheese:
In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and the sautéed garlic-butter mixture. Mix until well combined. - Assemble the wraps:
Warm the tortillas slightly to make them flexible. Divide the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Add a sprinkle of chopped parsley if desired. Fold in the sides and roll into wraps. - Grill the wraps:
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside. - Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm with ranch, garlic sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce!
