Ingredients

  • 2 cups shrimp (peeled, deveined, cooked or sautéed)

  • 1 loaf French bread or 8 slices of thick sandwich bread

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp:
    • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet.
    • Add shrimp, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
    • Cook 3–4 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
  2. Make Garlic Butter:
    • In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic powder and parsley.
  3. Assemble the Sandwich:
    • Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
    • Place a slice (butter side down) in a skillet over medium heat.
