- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8-10 large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Spread this mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice. - Assemble the Sandwich:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place two slices of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of each bread slice.
- Arrange cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese layer.
- Add another sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the shrimp.
- Place the remaining bread slices on top, butter side up.
