cheesy garlic bread rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the dough and separate into triangles (if using crescent rolls).
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese at the wider end of each triangle.
  4. Roll them up tightly, starting from the wide end toward the point. Tuck the sides in slightly to keep cheese from spilling out.
  5. Mix the butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Parmesan in a small bowl.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each roll.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheesy.
  8. Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
