Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the dough and separate into triangles (if using crescent rolls).
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese at the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll them up tightly, starting from the wide end toward the point. Tuck the sides in slightly to keep cheese from spilling out.
- Mix the butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Parmesan in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each roll.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheesy.
- Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
