Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
- 1/4 cup almond flour (or regular flour)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of oil.
