  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or regular flour)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Olive oil or vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
