  • 1 large loaf of French bread (or Italian bread)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the cut sides with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Mix until well coated.
