Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion. Drain off any excess grease.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the browned beef and onion mixture with the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, milk, cooked rice, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
