  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon cumin (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (optional, for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds or black seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
    Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
    Add ground beef and cook until browned.
    Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
    Stir well and cook until moisture evaporates.
