Cheesecake Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the lemon pie filling evenly at the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the lemon filling.
  4. Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  6. Pour milk over the top to help moisten the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
