Instructions
- Prepare the dough:
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, salt, sugar, and oil.
- Add flour, baking powder, and a little milk/water. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Stuff with cheese:
- Divide dough into 2–3 balls.
- Flatten each ball, place shredded cheese in the center, fold over, and shape into a round flat bread.
- Cook in frying pan:
