- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1 large egg
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add egg, butter, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out. Spread mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and shape into a loaf or divide into small buns.
- Place in a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter after baking for extra softness.
