Cheese ball recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  3. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and fresh parsley until evenly coated.
