- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and fresh parsley until evenly coated.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
