Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Add in the drained crushed pineapple and mix gently to combine. Be careful not to overmix to avoid breaking down the pineapple too much.
Shape the mixture into a ball, using your hands or a spoon.
Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans or walnuts, pressing lightly so they adhere to the ball.
Garnish the cheese ball with finely chopped fresh parsley for a fresh pop of color and flavor.
Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and for the ball to firm up.
