Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
- Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
- Optional: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted vegetables in the last 5 minutes of cooking for a cheesy finish.
- Remove from the oven and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, if desired.
