Caramelized Cinnamon Bananas

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is bubbling.
