- 4 ripe bananas, sliced

- 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
- Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is bubbling.
- Add the sliced bananas to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and caramelized.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired.
