Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup toffee bits or chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust – In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the layers.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer – Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
- Prepare the Pudding Layer – Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Add the Caramel Layer – Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the pudding layer.
- Top with Whipped Topping – Spread the remaining whipped topping over the dessert and sprinkle with toffee bits or chopped pecans if desired.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Slice and enjoy!
