Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
- 1 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
- Caramel layer: Drizzle ½ cup of caramel sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Prepare the pudding: Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Spread over the caramel layer.
- Final topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
