- Crust:
- 12 whole graham crackers
- Caramel Layer:
- 11 ounces (1 package) Kraft Caramel Bits
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Toppings:
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup honey roasted pistachios
- 2/3 cup broken pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- Chocolate Drizzle:
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Prepare the pan: Cover a 15×10 sheet pan with foil. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray.
- Make the crust: Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan, cutting to fit if necessary.
- Melt the caramel: Combine the caramel bits and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Pour the melted caramel evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle the peanuts, pistachios, pretzels, and marshmallows over the caramel layer. Press lightly to help them adhere.
- Melt the chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips using a double-boiler or in the microwave according to package directions.
- Drizzle with chocolate: Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the toppings.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least one hour to set the chocolate. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Tips:
- For a nut-free version, omit the peanuts and pistachios.
- Feel free to get creative with your toppings! Try adding other candies, chopped nuts, or even dried fruit.
- Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
