- 2 large apples (peeled, cored, diced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 pack graham crackers (crushed, about 1 cup)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for crust)
- 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Apple Filling
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples are tender and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Make the Crust Layer
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
- Spoon a layer of this mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- Assemble the Cups
- Add a spoonful of apple mixture over the crust layer.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Add a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat Layers (if using larger cups) until filled.
- Finish & Serve
- Top with more caramel drizzle and optional chopped nuts.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a cold treat.
