Cabbage and Eggs Recipe


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare Ingredients
    Thinly slice the cabbage and beat the eggs in a small bowl. Mince the garlic.
  2. Cook the Eggs
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble gently until just cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry Cabbage
    In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Combine
    Return the scrambled eggs to the pan. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and cook for another minute.
  5. Serve
    Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
