INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Thinly slice the cabbage and beat the eggs in a small bowl. Mince the garlic. - Cook the Eggs
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble gently until just cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside. - Stir-Fry Cabbage
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. - Combine
Return the scrambled eggs to the pan. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and cook for another minute. - Serve
Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
