Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Pour the melted butter into a 9-inch square baking dish or a similarly sized oven-safe dish.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
- Add Buttermilk:
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the buttermilk.
