INGREDIENTS
- 1 glass of warm water (about 250 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (or powdered)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm the water (not boiling, just warm to touch).
- In a glass, add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Stir well until all ingredients are dissolved.
- Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
