INGREDENT
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp powdered ginger)
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 4–5 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass, combine the warm water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and ginger.
- Add the honey, cayenne pepper, and mint leaves if using.
- Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Drink this mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
- Use consistently for at least 7 days, along with a healthy diet and movement, to see results.
