Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or fruit (e.g., berries)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and sour cream to the batter, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix just until combined.
