Ingredients:
For the Buffalo Wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Creamy Ranch Dip Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
- Prepare the Chicken Wings: In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Bake the Wings: Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Make the Buffalo Sauce: While the wings are baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce by whisking together the hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
- Toss the Wings: Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Prepare the Ranch Dip Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Serve: Serve the Buffalo wings hot with the creamy ranch dip on the side for dipping. Enjoy your spicy, flavorful wings with a refreshing creamy sauce!
