Buffalo Chicken Wraps


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato (diced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced, optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced celery (optional for crunch)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more flexible.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat and add a layer of shredded lettuce in the center.
  4. Spoon some buffalo chicken on top, then add tomatoes, cheese, onion, and celery if using.
  5. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the filling.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly into a wrap.
