Brownies de Snickers

These decadent Snickers Brownies combine the fudgy richness of brownies with the caramel, nougat, and peanut crunch of Snickers bars. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and impressing guests, this dessert blends the best of both worlds for an indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups Snickers bars (chopped)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and chocolate chips (if using).
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
