These easy and delicious breakfast sausage crescent rolls are perfect for a quick and satisfying morning meal or a make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (14.5 oz) can refrigerated Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare crescents: Unroll the crescent roll dough into a rectangle.
- Combine filling: In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, shredded cheese, green onions (if using), and parsley (if using).
- Assemble rolls: Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the crescent dough.
- Roll and cut: Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough up jelly-roll style. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces.
