Breakfast Sausage Crescent Rolls Recipe

These easy and delicious breakfast sausage crescent rolls are perfect for a quick and satisfying morning meal or a make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent rolls  
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can refrigerated Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese  
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare crescents: Unroll the crescent roll dough into a rectangle.
  3. Combine filling: In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, shredded cheese, green onions (if using), and parsley (if using).
  4. Assemble rolls: Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the crescent dough.
  5. Roll and cut: Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough up jelly-roll style. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Place on baking sheet: Place the crescent rolls on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
