Breakfast Sausage Crescent Rolls Recipe

A quick and easy breakfast or brunch recipe that’s perfect for busy mornings. These savory rolls are made with crescent roll dough, breakfast sausage, and your choice of cheese. They’re perfect for a crowd and can be customized with your favorite ingredients.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions, if using.
  5. Starting at one of the short sides, roll up the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 12 slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
