Ingredients
- 2 slices bread or 1 English muffin (split)
- 1–2 large eggs
- 1 slice cheddar or American cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon or 1 sausage patty (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced tomato, avocado, spinach, or ketchup
Instructions
- Toast the Bread: Lightly butter the bread or English muffin and toast until golden brown.
- Cook the Meat (if using): Cook bacon or sausage in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked and crispy. Remove and set aside.
